Trinidad R. Lopez
Trinidad "Trini" R. Lopez, 87, died Sept. 16, 2000. She was born in Cuidad Parral Chihuahua, Mexico on May 13, 1913.
Mrs. Lopez came to the United States as a child and lived in New Mexico before she moved to Arizona.
Upon graduation from Williams High School in 1930, Mrs. Lopez attended St. Mary’s Nursing School in Tucson where she received her degree before returning to Williams. Mrs. Lopez worked at the Williams Hospital and later at the Navajo Army Depot where she retired in 1971.
Mrs. Lopez is survived by her husband John, five children: John M. and Robert Lopez, from Mesa; Steven R. Lopez, from Glendale; Barbara Trost, from Bullhead City; and Margaret Morgan from Phoenix, eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mass will be 10 a.m. Sept. 20, 2000 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Williams Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in her memory to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014-5669.
