Williams church news: week of Sept. 3

Holiness Congregation Church

Sundays at 10 a.m. Church Service. Prayer and praise, singing hymns, preaching and an Altar.

Services take place at the Williams High School Annex, 636 S. 7th Street, Williams, Ariz. 86046 .

Holiness Congregation Church is a Bible based Christian church. We are just starting and need people to join us who want to reach souls for Jesus.

Community United Methodist Church

Recharge is tonight at 6 p.m. for a meal and fellowship. The study will start at 6:45 p.m. with the "Alpha Course Study." The study will continue every Wednesday through Dec. 3. Each session includes a video teaching by Nicky Gumbel followed by small group discussion led by a table leader. Everyone is welcome and there will be child care available.

Monday there will be a Cub Scouts at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday the Not-Sew-Perfect Quilters meet from 1-3 p.m., Thursday, 9:30 a.m. is Women's Bible Study, and Youth group meets at 6 p.m. Saturday, men's ministry meets at 7 a.m. Sunday at 8:45 a.m. the Adult Sunday School meets followed by Prayer before service at 9:50 a.m. and Worship and Young Disciples Church starting at 10 a.m., with fellowship following at 11:30 a.m.

Family Harvest Church

Our weekly schedule includes -

• Sunday - 10:30 a.m., Worship, Kids Church; 6 p.m. Evening Service, last Sunday night of the month community service.

• Tuesday - 4:30 p.m., Women's Bible Study

• Tuesday - 10 a.m., Bible study at the Torrez home.

• Wednesday - 6 p.m., Life Lessons.

• Thursday - Youth Leadership Development, 5:30 p.m.; boys youth 7 p.m.

The fourth Thursday of the month is Ladies Mission to Hope Cottage in Flagstaff. The third Wednesday and fourth Thursday of the month is Sunshine Rescue Mission to feed and teach about the love of Christ.

St. John's Episcopal-Lutheran Church

Remember the marvels God has done.

All are invited to join the Bible study meets at 9 a.m. prior to the morning service each Sunday morning. The group studies the day's scriptures more in depth.

Choir practice is each Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. until about 6:45 - 7 p.m. Please consider joining us.

Morning Prayer is held Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. with the exception of the second Thursday of each month. The service is open to all members and community.

The Intercessory Prayer Group will meet at 11 a.m. each Thursday. All are welcome to participate. The group is led by Steve Bingell.

Thanks to Steve Bingell the church front is looking good. He could use help to complete it. If interested, leave a message on the church phone at (928) 635-2781.

Pastor Marc MacDonald and all of St. Johns' welcome the community and our visitors to join us on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. for worship. It is followed by a fellowship and coffee hour. All are welcome.

St. Joseph Catholic Church

The Jehovah's Witnesses warmly welcome you to their weekly Bible meetings:
