Holiness Congregation Church

Sundays 10 a.m. Church Service. Prayer and praise, singing hymns, preaching, and an Altar.

Community United Methodist Church

It's about time! Pastor Billy will be back next Sunday to bring the message. He and Judy have been on a deserved vacation. A great big thanks to Sandra Hatcher, Michael Combs and Becky Nelson for filling in for Pastor Billy in his absence. Also thanks to everyone who kept things going while they were away. What a team!!

Becky's message was "What Fear" gave us cause to reflect on what we have been blessed with. It was accompanied with a slide presentation of some of the many countries she and Chuck have visited recently. Our Country is truly blessed!

Cubs Scouts will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, and on Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. the Not Sew Perfect Quilters will meet. Recharge will meet on Wednesday, with a meal and fellowship starting at 6 p.m., with the study starting at 7 p.m. On Thursday the Women's Bible study will start at 9:30 a.m. and the Youth group will meet at 6 p.m. Sunday at 8:45 a.m. the Adult Sunday School class meets followed by Prayer before Worship at 9:50 a.m. with Worship starting at 10 a.m., fellowship follows at 11:30 a.m.

Family Harvest Church

Our weekly schedule includes -

• Sunday - 10:30 a.m., Worship, Kids Church; 6 p.m. Evening Service, last Sunday night of the month community service.

• Tuesday - 4:30 p.m., Women's Bible Study

• Tuesday - 10 a.m., Bible study at the Torrez home.

• Wednesday - 6 p.m., Life Lessons.

• Thursday - Youth Leadership Development, 5:30 p.m.; boys youth 7 p.m.

The fourth Thursday of the month is Ladies Mission to Hope Cottage in Flagstaff. The third Wednesday and fourth Thursday of the month is Sunshine Rescue Mission to feed and teach about the love of Christ.

St. John's Episcopal-Lutheran Church

Open the eyes of our faith, that we may behold him in all his redeeming work.

The next Bishops' Committee will be on Thursday, June 5th in Walker Hall.

Sunday, June 8th is Pentecost Sunday. The church will be decorated with red balloons to signify the "tongues of fire", the presence of the Holy Spirit. May we also be filled with the Holy Spirit to go out and preach and teach like the disciples.

St. Johns will be celebrating Fathers' Day, June 15 with a service and picnic at Cataract Lake Park. No service will be held at the church that day.

Choir practice takes place each Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. until about 7 p.m. The choir sings Sundays during the offering. If you are interested in participating, please come on Wednesday evenings.

Morning Prayer takes place Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. with the exception of the second Thursday of each month. The service is open to all members and community.

Pastor Marc MacDonald and all of St. Johns' welcome the community and our visitors to join us on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. for worship. It is followed by a fellowship and coffee hour.

St. Joseph Catholic Church

After Sunday's Canonization in Rome we have two New Saints!

Pope St. John XXIII and Pope St. John Paul II. On May 2 we welcome Bishop Eduardo Nevares for our Mass of Confirmation and First Communion at 6 p.m.

First Baptist Church
