Community United Methodist Church

There is always something happening at Community United Methodist Church to bring people together to honor and glorify our Lord.

The following are Fellowship Opportunities:

• Monday - 6:30 p.m., Cub Scout Den Meeting,

• Tuesday- 1-3 p.m., Not Sew Perfect Quilters,

• Wednesday 6 p.m., Soup/ Salad Recharge Dinner; 7 p.m. a recharge study,

• Thursday -9:30 a.m., Women's Bible Study; 6 p.m., Youth Ministry

• Sunday -8:45 a.m., Adult Bible Study; 9:50 a.m., Prayer Before Worship, 10 a.m. Worship/Young Disciples Church; 11:30 a.m., Fellowship.

• Saturday - 8 a.m., Sisters in Spirit meet second Saturday each month

• Saturday - 7 a.m. Men meet on the second and fourth Saturday of each month

Family Harvest Church

Pastor Tim Milner and David Gutshall invite you and your family to be our guest every week.

Our weekly schedule includes -

• Sunday - 10:30 a.m., Worship and Word; 11 a.m., Kids Church; 6 p.m. Evening Service, last Sunday night of the month community service.

• Monday - 4:30 p.m., Women's Bible Study; 5:30 p.m., Youth Leadership Development; 6:30 p.m., Youth Group with live music from the Beavers Boys.

• Wednesday - 6 p.m., Life Lessons.

• Thursday - Youth Leadership Development, 5:30 p.m.; Youth Live Worship by the Beavers Boys, 7 p.m.

Last Thursday of the month is Ladies Mission to Hope Cottage in Flagstaff. Third Wednesday and last Thursday of the month is Sunshine Rescue Mission to feed and teach about the love of Christ.

St. John's Episcopal-Lutheran Church

Give thanks and praise to the Lord your God.

The Book Study group is meeting at 9 a.m. Sunday morning prior to the worship service. The study of the Book of Thomas continues.

All members of the community and visitors are cordially invited to join us each Sunday for our morning worship service at 10:30 a.m.

St. Joseph Catholic Church

Weekly events include -

• Friday - 4 p.m., Holy Hour and Benediction; and 5 p.m., Daily Mass.

• Saturday - 4 p.m., Confessions; 4:30 p.m., Holy Rosary; 5 p.m., English Vigil Mass; 6:30 p.m., Santo Rosario; and 7 p.m., Santa Misa Vigilia.

• Sunday - 7:30 a.m. Rosary; 8 a.m. Mass in English.

• Tuesday - 5 p.m., Daily Mass.

The church office is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

First Baptist Church

The First Baptist Church invites community members to come be a part of their rejuvenating ministry.

The Sunday worship service is just the beginning. We are now offering a Saturday night worship service led by our Youth Pastor.

Weekly events include:

• Sunday - 8 and 10:30 a.m., worship service, nursery provided; 9:30 a.m. Sunday school (all ages), children's church, 11 a.m. and girls youth Bible study, 7 p.m.

• Monday - 6:30 a.m. mens Bible study; 6:30 p.m. WWA Training (Wrestling);

• Tuesday - 10 a.m. ladies Bible study; 6:30 p.m., Mid-week service, nursery provided.

• Wednesday - 10 a.m. Ladies Bible Study; 6 p.m., Youth Steadfast Group.

• Thursday - 5:30 p.m. Young married couples Bible study, 6:30 p.m., WWA Training (Wrestling).

• Friday - Church office closed

• Saturday - WWA Training (Wrestling) 10 a.m; worship service; 7 p.m.

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints

We welcome you to our church. Our activities include:

• Wednesday, 7 p.m., Cub Scout Pack No. 138 (8-11 years), Boy Scout Troop No. 138 (12-17 years), Young Men/Young Women (12-17 years), and Achievement Day Girls (8-11 years).

• Sunday - 10 a.m., Sacrament Meeting; 11:20 a.m. Sunday School, Primary and Nursery; and 12:10 p.m. Priesthood, Relief Society and Young Men/Young Women.

Northwoods Assembly of God

Northwoods Assembly extends a warmhearted invitation for you and your family to attend the fellowship's Sunday Morning Celebration Service.

Calvary Chapel Williams

Calvary Chapel welcomes you to be part of our contemporary Sunday worship service.

Sunday service begins at 10 a.m., with Nursery and Sunday School provided. Join us for prayer at 9 a.m.

This week's regularly scheduled events include:

Tuesday - We're excited about our new Home Fellowship Night at the O'Briens'. Meeting at 308 S Taber St. @ 7 p.m. Call 607-7004 for info.

Wednesday - Midweek Bible Study at 7 p.m. @ 9 a.m. Come join the men as we grow close to the LORD.

Jehovah's Witnesses

The Jehovah's Witnesses warmly welcome you to their weekly Bible meetings:

• Sunday - Bible discourse, 10 a.m.; Watchtower study, Matthew 6:10.

• Thursday - Theocratic Ministry School, Congregation Bible Study, service meeting, 7:30 p.m., John 6:45.

All meetings are held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5495 N. Sunset Strip, and are open to the public.

Canyon Chapel - a Foursquare Church

Join us Sunday morning for our Celebration Service at 10 a.m. with KIDS church following worship.

Celebrate America concert rehearsals are Mondays at Canyon Chapel 7-8 p.m. and Tuesdays at the Baptist Church from 8-9 p.m.

Y-Force youth group meets on Wednesday nights at 6 p.m.

A Spanish Bible study meets on Thursday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m.

On Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. revivalist Dennis Reanier will be with us.
