FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Healthcare providers will conduct sports physicals for middle and high school student athletes who are required to fulfill an annual pre-participation physical evaluation for the 2012- 2013 school year. There is a $10 charge for each physical. All proceeds will be donated to community athletic organizations.
The Sports Physicals and Fitness Health Fair is 8 a.m.-2 p.m. July 28, at Flagstaff Bone and Joint, 77 W.
