Harlon Connley King, 61, of Ash Fork, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009 in Flagstaff.
He was born Sept. 28, 1947 to the late Henry and Mary King in Dumas, Ark. He resided in Ash Fork with wife, Jackie J. King. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army.
Harlon will be remembered for his boisterous attitude, his hard shell, but soft soul. He loved his family with all he had, and would give them the shirt off his back if needed.
He is survived by his sons Randy Craig King of Lexington, Okla. and Shawn Michael Hollister of Ash Fork; grandson Dustin Cody King of Lexington, Okla.; and sister Judy Napierolski of El Cajon, Calif.
He was cremated on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009 at Aspen Cremation, in Flagstaff. No services were held. Anyone wishing to can donate to the POWnetwork.org, the Disabled American Veterans, or the Vietnam Veterans of America in memory of Harlon.
