Commissions and council to review Williams sign code

The city of Williams is revising its sign code. Three public hearings are planned in the coming weeks for city commissions and the city council to review the proposed changes.

The Historic Preservation Commission will put on a public hearing March 11 at 10 a.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission will put on a public hearing March 20 at 7 p.m., and the Williams City Council will put on a public hearing and may rule on the proposed sign code on March 27 at 7 p.m.

All three public hearings take place in the city council chambers at 113 S. First St. Verbal and written comments are welcome at all three hearings.

The draft of the revised sign code is available at the city's website, www.williamsaz.gov.
