The Williams Police Department answered the following calls for service -

• Officers assisted Lifeline on Route 66;

• Officers responded to an alarm on Franklin Ave;

• Officers responded to a welfare check on First Street;

• Officers took a report of suspicious activity on Grand Canyon Blvd;

• Officers responded to a disturbance at a local hotel. The subjects were told to go to their room and quiet down. They complied;

• Officers assisted Lifeline at local hotel.

• Officers assisted Lifeline on Fulton Ave.

• Officers tagged an abandoned vehicle on Grand Canyon Blvd.;

• Officers responded to a suspicious person on Sheridan Ave.;

• Officers assisted CCSO with locating a subject who rolled a vehicle and left the area;

• Officers took a report of theft of a gas can on Rodeo Road;

• Officers dealt with an intoxicated subject on Grant Ave;

• Officers responded to a domestic on Fulton Ave, officers found nothing in area.;

• Officers responded to a parking issue on Rodeo Road, civil private property parking;

• Officers assisted Lifeline at several locations;

• Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle on Grand Canyon Blvd;

• Officers responded to an alarm on Seventh Street;

• Officers took in found property at a local hotel;

• Officers responded to a disturbance at a local hotel;

• Officers responded to a fire alarm on Rodeo Road;

• Officers responded to a two-year-old locked in a car, the child was removed by a local towing company;

• Officers responded to a disturbance on Grant Ave, male arrested for disorderly conduct;

• Officers responded to a welfare check on First Street;

• Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle at McDonalds;

• Officers responded to an alarm on Grand Canyon Blvd;

• Officers took a criminal damage report on Sheridan Ave;

• Officers took a report of lost property on Route 66;

• Officers responded to a disturbance on First Street and Route 66;

• Officers responded to a prowler on Sheridan;

• Officers responded to a fight on Route 66 and Taber;

• Officers responded to suspicious activity on Edison Ave;

• Officers assisted the Fire Dept. with smoke in a residence on Lewis Street;

• Officers issued six citations and gave out 18 warnings.

Anyone with any information is urged to call the WPD at (928) 635-4461. Anonymous tips can be left at any time at (928) 635-5992. Those who want to report a crime while remaining anonymous, can also call Silent Witness at (928) 774-6111 or (877) 29-CRIME. Silent Witness offers rewards of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
